Brief Biographies of Staff
Roger V. Ashodian
Managing Attorney Roger Ashodian is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has more than 20 years experience in Pennsylvania practicing law. He spent many years as a staff atttorney at Community Legal Services and developed the Community Training Program at Rutgers Law School Camden, NJ
David A. Scholl
Retired Attorney David
Scholl is a graduate of
Villanova Law school and has thirty years experience in the law.
He served as a Bankruptcy Judge for 14 years in the Federal
Bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, USA from
1994-1999. He earned a distinguished
service record as Chief Judge of that same court.
As a former bankruptcy court
judge, Scholl wrote
nearly 1300 legal opinions on a wide variety of subjects. He is
a nationally recognized expert in Bankruptcy law frequently
serving as co-counsel on difficult, complicated bankruptcy
cases. He is also a leading
consultant to the legal profession regarding predatory lending

Ben Burenstein
Ben Burenstein is the law practice
administrator. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, he earned a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Curriculum and Instruction. Ben has over twenty years experience in
education and not-for-profit sector administration.

We specialize in
small business, corporate and consumer bankruptcy law in the
Delaware County, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania region. We also represent consumers: homeowners
in danger of losing their homes or in a crisis related to predatory lending
